Refund Policy

Refunds are of two types non –refundable & refundable,  While booking your flight tickets you have to make sure to verify once that the tickets you are booking have the refund allotments or not. The refund procedure will completely depend on the airline operators,  there is a long procedure that you have to follow while you avail of the discounts.  In the below section we have highlighted the points that are necessarily required for the refund:-

1. Passengers must place a flight cancellation request within 24 hours of booking to get a refund if applicable.
2. Before booking flight tickets must verify once whether the ticket have refund policy or not ,whether the ticket is non-refundable.
3. We also ensure that we do not provide any guarantee or warrant on the flight booking cancellation and refund.
4. For the cancellation & refund you have to raise a request,  the entire procedure will take around 60 -90 days to finish the process required for a refund from the given date of the cancellation request.
5. Soon after when your refund request has been accepted the amount will be credited to your bank account. However, some airlines offer refunds as airline credit scores for future travel.

The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made.  For instances where the user canceled his / her within 24 hours of booking needs to alert farefounder.com with the necessary documentation to initiate the refund process. This is advisable to contact farefounder.com within 48 hours of the cancellation request. The entire procedure of cancellation & refund shall be approximately the given time from the day of receipt of the applications and shall be charged post–a ticketing services fee depending on the appeal.
